Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems associated with DCS, PLC, Fire & Gas (F&G), and Emergency Shutdown (ESD).
Carry out loop checks, functional testing, commissioning, and fault-finding activities.
Maintain and calibrate instruments such as transmitters, control valves, analyzers, and other process control equipment.
Read and interpret P&IDs, schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and OEM manuals.
Ensure instrumentation systems remain compliant with company procedures, safety standards, and hazardous-area requirements.
Support shutdown, start-up, and routine operational activities offshore as required.
Update maintenance records, testing logs, and technical documentation, including as-built mark-ups where applicable.
Work closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability.
Promote a strong HSE culture and perform all activities in line with offshore safety and permit-to-work requirements.

Requirements

Technical diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in Instrumentation, Electronics, Control Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Instrument Technician in the offshore oil & gas, FPSO, refinery, petrochemical, or process industry environment.
Solid hands-on knowledge of DCS, PLC, F&G, and ESD systems.
Experience in calibration, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and maintenance of smart instruments and control systems.
Ability to work from technical drawings, schematics, and commissioning documentation.
Good understanding of hazardous-area practices; ATEX / CompEx knowledge is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems and digital reporting tools is desirable.
Valid offshore certifications such as BOSIET/HUET, MIST/IMIST, and offshore medical are highly valued.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong safety mindset, team spirit, and ability to perform effectively in a rotational offshore environment.

Offer

Opportunity to join a reputable international energy project in a technically advanced offshore setting.
Rotational offshore assignment with exposure to critical production and control systems.
Competitive remuneration package aligned with experience and assignment scope.
Professional growth within a high-performance maintenance and operations environment.
Structured onboarding and support throughout mobilization and project delivery.
The chance to contribute directly to asset integrity, operational continuity, and process safety.
